Important Multinational Company with Headquarter Office located in Bages, is lookin for a Labor Relations & Payroll Specialist. The position has the overall responsibility for timely and accurate processing of assigned employee payroll and labor relations and assist in specialized assigned projects, requiring more detailed knowledge of company policies and procedures. The scope will be National (Spain) and International subsidiaries or points of sales.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
-Manage day to day work flow and HR processes including preparation of payroll information, administrative HR support (maintain employee files and registers, gather HR metrics and prepare reports, etc.)
-Recommend and deliver local solutions covering multiple areas of human resources
-Consistently apply company policy and government regulations to all processing payroll
-Research employee questions and provide resolution, as dictated by company policy
-Organize and maintain records to enable special processing that reduces the occurrences of incorrect payroll payments
-Assist in special projects and testing of new processes
-Experience on working in a high volume, multi-state payroll department
