Important multinational company located in Manresa is looking for a Business Developer Manager to deliver market leadership, maximize growth and drive the results of the company in the French market. He/she will be responsible for market operations and expansion. 

Main tasks:

-Operations and sales manager

-Detect sales and marketing needs, find and implement solutions.

-Plan and organise special sales and marketing program based on evaluation of the market.

-Lead and supervise operational and administrative procedures relating to sales and marketing activities.

-Lead and supervise sales and marketing activities on two levels, B2B and B2C.

-Explore and exploit new commercial avenues. Develop links with potential partners at regional/national level to offer services in external centers, thereby improving its results.

-Manage budgets, control expenses and ensure efficient use of resources.


Provide marketing advice: 

-Follow up the sales initiatives in France. 

-Analyse the results from the different campaigns, with the aim of planning possible improvements and better results.  Proposing the most appropriate type of campaign and media to use, based on the targets of each area.

-Analyse the local area and competition and study to establish specific strategies and action plans. 

-Share the best experiences, performances and results with the whole sales network.

-Establish sales targets for the country and the business units to reach, then assist them in achieving those targets. 

-Supervise the compliance with the procedures established by the company.

-Transfer needs identified in the market to improve results. 

-Report to Headquarter the key performance indicators from the activity. 


Public Relations

-Represent the company at trade fairs, events, conferences and other sales and marketing forums. 


Supporting Market Development

-Study areas of potential and identify business growth opportunities.

-Support franchise candidates with their search and negotiations for premises or locations.

-Follow-up and reporting of the established KPIs.


Candidate profile. 

Skills and abilities:

-Good communication.

-Organisational, planning and analysis skills. 


-Skilled at sales, negotiation and conflict management.



-University degree related to business, marketing and/or sales, finance.



-French: native-speaker level

-Spanish: high level (C1)

-Knowledge of English is appreciated.


Availability to travel: Available to travel (France and Spain) (80%).


Experience:  A minimum of 5 years' experience in the area of sales and/or business development, relevant to the franchise sector, international business development.


Location: Preferably in Spain.
